Warranty Terms & Conditions
These DNINE Warranty Terms & Conditions explain the scope and limitations of warranty coverage for DNINE products purchased from dnine.com or from authorised DNINE retailers. By registering or claiming a warranty, you agree to these terms.
DNINE / We / Us / Our: DNINE (brand and its authorised service providers).
Customer / You: Person who purchased the Product.
Product(s): Sports apparel and shoes sold by DNINE.
Warranty Period: The time period from purchase date during which the Product is eligible for warranty service.
Proof of Purchase: Original invoice/order confirmation showing product, date of purchase, Order ID, and place of purchase.
This Warranty covers the original purchaser of a DNINE product only. Transfers of warranty are not permitted unless explicitly stated in writing by DNINE.
Sports Apparel (tees, shorts, tights, joggers): 3 months.
Cricket Shoes (upper, midsole, sole, manufacturing defects): 3 months.
Nutrition Supplements (powders, capsules, bars): 30 days from delivery, only for manufacturing defects — unopened and in original sealed packaging.
During the Warranty Period, DNINE will at its option:
• Repair defects in materials or workmanship under normal use; or
• Replace the product with the same or comparable product; or
• Offer a refund only when repair or replacement is not feasible.
• Normal wear & tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents
• Damage due to improper fitting or modification
• Damage from improper cleaning or washing
• Products from unauthorised sellers
• Consumables after opening
• Aesthetic issues that do not affect function
• Consequential or indirect damages
Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos and Proof of Purchase. DOA claims may be eligible for replacement or refund, subject to verification by DNINE.
Provide full name, contact details, invoice, product model, purchase date and send to WhatsApp: 91-6395583735. DNINE will acknowledge within 48–72 hours and provide an estimated resolution timeline.
Warranty is void if the product has been repaired, modified, or serviced by unauthorised persons. DNINE may use rebuilt or refurbished parts when repairing or replacing a product.
A valid claim requires: Product photographs showing the defect, Product serial/batch number if applicable, and any other information requested by DNINE.
DNINE prefers to repair where feasible. If not practicable, replacement or refund may be offered. Replaced goods become DNINE property. Repair or replacement does not extend the Warranty Period.
Shipping for inspection is the Customer's responsibility. DNINE may provide prepaid return shipping for eligible claims. Turnaround depends on defect nature and parts availability.
DNINE's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund. DNINE excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses except where prohibited by law.
DNINE may update these terms. Updated terms apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun.
